The person-centred approach emphasises the importance of empathy and unconditional positive regard for the client.
I fully embrace this attitude and believe that in creating a space of trust, the client can open up to deeper levels of what moves and concerns them, and thus allow change to happen.
As a former journalist I like to explore and ask questions to facilitate clarification, but as an artist I also see the value of experiencing non-verbally what is going on and to re-experience the sources of limiting beliefs and conditionings.
