SPECIFIC  EMPHASIS

Reflexology is seen to be a beneficial means to help soothe and relax the body-mind, and help treat a wide range of issues. Specific reflex points on the feet and ankles are stimulated. For most it feels very pleasant, and is a lovely neurological experience stimulating both brain and body.

The addition of hot basalt stones applied to reflex points heightens the therapeutic effect. The Thai method focuses more on energy lines and points on the feet and legs, and is a more vigorous style. Nut free, vegan waxes are available. Organic and ethical products are used where possible.
