I have a lifelong passion for health and healing, embodying a holistic approach that springs from 30 years of exploring and studying different approaches to health and wellbeing.  

Being a Seeker at heart, I’ve been involved with various kinds of personal development and spiritual practices most of my adult life.  I bring a deep sense of compassion, wholehearted presence and intuition to my healing work.

I have extensive experience in working with both individuals and groups.
