Counselling/ therapy: since 2000 in local practice. Coaching: new practice in 2006.
PRACTICE LOCATIONS: From home (face to face, and by telephone); NewBold House
PRACTICE DAYS/TIMES: Weekday and weekend afternoons.
TRAININGS: Centre for Psychosynthesis Studies, Scotland, 1997 -2001. (Three year in-depth course held locally, with trainers coming from London and abroad)
Self-Factor Coaching, 2006. Professional Coach Training Course.
QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and Therapy, Certificate in Coaching
FEES: £25 / one hour session.
SPECIFIC EMPHASIS: Helping you find your way to:
- Live more fully in the presence of limiting factors (such as chronic illness or persistent destructive patterns).
- Unblock and foster your creative energy in the real world.
- Work creatively with psychological and practical issues. Work with symbolic words, images, or objects.
- Ground the change so that it’s for keeps.
- Help and support when you’re dealing with:
- Life change/ spiritual searching, relationship issues, loss and grief, illness, depression, unhelpful dependencies, old habits of thought and action;
- New projects and new life paths in want of support and fostering.
Counselling is about going inwards.
Coaching is about going outwards and forwards.
Both carry the intention of positive change for you.
