EXPERIENCE
After 28 years working in a textile factory, it became clear ; enough was enough, especially after taking part in a 6 week massage course at my local community centre. In 1996 I started more formal courses in massage, on-site massage (chair massage) and Reiki. Completing these in 1997/8, I started my own massage clinic at home and also took on-site massage into various companies.
In 2001 I moved to Findhorn, working in Park kitchen while taking part in the “Living in Community Guest “ programme. Tjitze and I bought our first home in Forres in 2002, moving into our present home 1 mile outside Forres in 2005. Together we run a retreat/healing centre, which gives me the opportunity to wear many different hats, which I love, including Bio-detox footbath, massage and the care of all those who come into our home.

FEES
Detox footbath = £30 for 30 min. treatment
Body massage = £35 for 1 hour session
SPECIFIC EMPHASIS
What I aim to provide during treatments, is similar to my intention behind running a B&B: to use my core qualities to nourish and nurture, to help people surrender into deep relaxation so that they, client and guest alike, will receive the best of care in a safe space.
