I have been working in complementary medicine since 2001. My journey began with Reiki. I have written a masters in Metaphysical Science and my work has evolved into the variety of practices I offer my client. Most recently, I am studying and practicing Cranio-Sacral Therapy. I have had some practice in Allopathic medicine through my support of the educational programme at the Nelson Mandela School of Medicine in Durban South Africa.

 

Home based, or 430 Field of Dreams.

I work with the client on co-creating their session according to their individual needs.

 

We can use one of the individual practices I have been trained in or weave together a combination of Reiki, Metaphysical Counselling, Kahuna Massage and/or Cranio-Sacral therapy.

 

However, I recommend Kahuna Massage Therapy as a foundation.

 

Aloha! Kahuna is the Hawaiian name for master. The Lomi-Lomi Temple Massage has been practiced by healer masters for over 5 thousand years. This massage therapy is ceremonial in its form. The back massage is designed to break down blocks in the body-mind-spirit, set energy in motion and make intention manifest. The massage on the front embraces the-feeling level, allowing for the nurturing of expression. The whole massage serves to ground you in an intimate, delightful awareness of your body and to celebrate aliveness.
