I have a lifelong interest in health and healing, training as a general nurse in the 1970s and learning about the emotional and mental patterns connected with disease in the 1980s with Caroline Myss. I have nearly 20 years experience in reflexology, aromatherapy, Indian head massage, healing and colour therapy. As well as running a busy practice from home, I have worked at Tyringham Naturopathic Clinic, Watford Women’s Centre and the Champneys Health Spa in Tring. Having moved to Findhorn in 2007 I now offer Aura Soma consultations at my home on The Field.

Aura-Soma: £40 for a 2 hour consultation

Reflexology: £25 (1hour)

 

Aura-Soma is an holistic therapy in which the vibrational powers of colour, crystals and natural aromas combine with light in order to harmonise body, mind and spirit.

During a consultation four bottles will be chosen (by the client) which mirror who we are at the deepest level and reflect our journey through life.

 

My aim is to help the client connect with their inner teacher and innate wisdom, to shed light on blocks and difficulties, reveal our potential and mission in life, and help in self acceptance and awareness.
