I first became interested in bodywork through my own fitness practice, and whilst training for Martial Arts competitions. Competing at National level I was always looking to maximise my performance and remain injury free.
Having started with a more sports oriented mindset; I began to find that certain conditions required a much different approach. I therefore went on to complete trainings in lymphatic drainage, manipulation and medical acupuncture to complement my massage work.
I use a combination of these techniques, combined with stretching and nutritional advice, to provide every person who consults me, with an individually tailored treatment plan.

£30 to £40 for hands on treatments.
£15 to £30 for Personal Training, Self Defence and Martial Arts.
I have completed trainings in Therapeutic and Sports Massage, Medical Acupuncture, Advanced Manipulative Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage.
I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and I combine my hands on knowledge with Stretching and Nutritional Advice, thus providing a fully integrated treatment package to those who consult me for treatment.
I offer Personal Training and tuition in Martial Arts, specialising in Kickboxing and Self Defence. I work one to one or with small groups, providing an enjoyable way to get fit and learn new life skills.
