Movements of the Soul is a unique approach based on Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations Work. The work brings light on our unconscious entanglements with our family members and other people. This group is for professionals, who are working with people, e.g. Social Workers, teachers, counselors and want to explore the approach more deeply and integrate it in their own practice. We will learn about different social systems, the nature of Soul, how to recognize entanglements and to initiate a movement of solution.

Befriend your fears and grow stronger

Energy workshop with Diana Grell

Fears can come in all sizes and shapes, often even unnoticeable through the backdoor. They are very limiting, disabling and sick making. How often we worry and the thought sounds so convincing and plausible, however worry is rationalized fear. In this workshop we will learn how to recognize fears with open curious inquiry and mindfulness. How the physiological and neurological background of fears can be influenced. Couple as well as group energy practices will increase awareness and relaxation by strengthening the energy field.

Cost:            £50, please bring lunch and wear comfy clothes

New six month course of professional development

This 6-month course is for professionals, who are working with people, e.g. Social Workers, teachers, counselors and want to explore the approach more deeply and integrate it in their own practice. The space is open for professional as well as personal exploration. In the setting of a closed group, we will learn about different social systems, the nature of Soul, how to recognize entanglements and to initiate a movement of solution.

Details of 6 month block are: Date: Sat 12th+Sun 13th November, 10.00am–5.00pm Cost: £100, please bring lunch. Venue: Findhorn Village Centre, Muirton House, Church Place, Findhorn IV36 3YR
